Refund policy

At NIGHTOUT Education, we prioritize student satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality e-learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. Please note that refunds are not applicable for downloadable resources such as eBooks, PDFs, or once physical materials are shipped.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at nightouteducation@gmail.com or call 7702060528 with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

Exceptions:

1. Refunds are not provided for completed courses or certificates.
2. Refunds are not applicable for promotional or discounted courses.
